Greedy people!!!! Stay away from Spaces/ Regus

You cannot make a good deal with a bad person!!!!

This is it. They are greedy and lacks integrity. We moved from Rosebank Regus offices to Sandton spaces.

1. When our retainer from Rosebank was moved to Sandton- the Rosebank team came with restoration costs which were ridiculous to reduce the retainer. 2. While the new retainer / deposit was calculated and raised , our tags were discontinued so that we don’t have access. We were give spare tags which were not enough 3. Even when we have paid the full retainer/ deposit , access was not completely restored. Adele Moolman was always waiting for accounts to allocate something. 4. We moved in November and December during the festive season, Adele sent a renewal email which was to automatically renew should we not respond with a couple of days - I mean it was festive season. We just moved to your offices a monthly ago and already you are asking us about renewal. Shady!!! 5. A office restoration invoice is raised while we are still occupying the premises and you expect us to pay it. When we tell you to deduct it from our retainer/ deposit you are refusing and don’t want to give us our deposit . 6. Our office door handle was broken for almost 3 months. Adele was waiting for approval overseas. She places us in another nice office for time being however it had plugs problem. If you plug a printer - small home printer the plugs go off. 7. The aircon is central. Always cold and when you plug a heater, plugs go off.

They wonder why people leave. The views are beautiful and you can only stay for so much.
