Attacked at the facility

Terrible place!

1st Floor, 22 Magwa Cres, Gateway West, Johannesburg, 2066 - Inside Mall of Africa.

I was attacked by a crazy person who was using their facilities a while ago and nothing was done about it. I suffered extreme panic and anxiety attacks thereafter and couldn't deal with the matter however they did not take the initiative to do anything about it. The manager (I think her name was Tamzyn) called me not long after the incident and assured me that she will be providing me with feedback and the camera footage however I have never heard from her since then. I haven't gone back to this building due to the trauma and I'm sure its almost a year now. I wouldn't advise any females to go alone to this building because it is a huge risk. You are not safe inside their building or organization at all.
