Absolutely pathetic support

Their support team's turnaround times are absolutely pathetic. I'm unable to work from co working spaces for 2 days because, even though they claim on their site that they automatically renew the agreement, they simply expired mine. They don't seem to provide any way to reinstate it which doesn't involve waiting a week for them to even so much as look at a ticket. Over the last year, even before "expiry" , the system on various occasions tried to charge me for my free bookings. Completely appalling. Spaces should fire their entire engineering team and support team and start afresh.
