I had an agreement with this company for delivery of internet services. I made my payment on the 1st April 2019 by EFT. The following day I received an email informing me that they are stopping the service due to loadshedding. They also said that they will make a refund of my payment as soon as their accounts department verified the payment. After numerous emails, I had no response from them. Pieter Schuurman. Email ***. They are really rip-offs.
