I bought a car in November last year and it broke down in December. The car was towed to te nearest VW which was The Kelston group in Grahamstown. I've payed already 3 months of installments and in 2 weeks time I'll pay the fourth and I don't have the car

I bought a car in November last year and it broke down in December. The car was towed to te nearest VW which was The Kelston group in Grahamstown. I've payed already 3 months of installments and in 2 weeks time I'll pay the fourth and I don't have the car I'm paying for. The people from Soweto VW are playing hide and seek and it's messing with my livelihood. I take 4 taxis to work and I pay R60 a day to and from work

No contact, no information whatsoever on the state of my car. Te only time I'll hear anything is if I myself contact them and I'm in the Eastern Cape. I curse the day I made business with Soweto VW

They are now hustling me. I went as far as lodging a formal complaint and The people from VWSA are playing the same game with me. I don't know what to do anymore

Please help, anyone
