Bad customer service

In Feb 2023, I purchased a Polo vivo from the dealership. However, due to an accident, my car was written off.

Due to the inability to use the car, I had to cancel its service maintenance plan. We filed a claim on Oct 30, 2023, seeking a refund, but there has been no response. The customer service is really bad, with unanswered calls and unhelpful "Thobeka Nxumalo" who is not friendly either. Despite following her instruction, we've sent countless follow-ups without any response.

The lack of response persists as November approaches its end.
