Worst experience EVER

I own 2 cars, and took my etios for a service in April,which was done BUT they did not remove the service on the system,so now I CAN'T book a new service. My second car went in 3weeks ago and the NEVER signed my book of life so now I must go BACK at my expense and time to get it signed. They dont greet and even walk pass you like WE owe THEM something and they are slow,you can get your car back after waiting a full day. I will NEVER go back again,NEVER
