TOYOTA SOWETO - WORST TOYOTA DEALERSHIP EVER

I approached Soweto Toyota to Buy a New Quantum & was assisted by Harvey Kunene the Sales Exc, Ntabiseng Moloi the FSI Manager & Thabang Skonde the New Vehicle Sales Manager.

Before my Finance deal application Harvey Confirmed they had Stock of the Vehicle i wanted to buy & i initiate the finance deal with him, 2 Days later the finance deal was approved buy after approval he came with stories as they had no stock on the floor. 2 Weeks later with no delivery & feedback whatsoever i escalated to the matter to his Manager Thabang Skonde who further displayed the bad level of service i was getting from Harvey Kunene. Eventually 16 Days later the vehicle was delivered & collected by myself with out even signing the Finance contract. Next day they sent me a contract that had insurance, Credit Life & a Tracking device that was not discussed with me but i was being bul**** to sign that contract without any explanation whatsoever. I delayed signing the contract until the FSI (Ntabiseng Moloi) discussed it with me but still failed to do so. 2 Weeks later the Finance company refused to pay Soweto Toyota until they have a signed contract. Being pressured to get the contract resolved & signed they escalated the matter to the Finance house who then explained the contract and assisted me to rectify mistakes made by the dealership & its *********** employees. The level of service from Toyota Soweto was disturbing and very unprofessional, I do not recommend this dealership as the are more concerned about closing sales that a world class service to its clients. It was quite disturbing that even the New Vehicle Sales Manager Thabane Skonde displayed the same level of service i was getting from his team members. I hope this clowns will learns from their mistakes.
