Pathetic service from Toyota Maponya

On the 15th of September I took my car for service and I was advised of the things I needed to replace. On the 19th I took it back for the parts which were identified to be faulty to be replaced, which was done. On the 22nd while driving I heard an unusual sound from the car I stopped to inspect and a there was a black thing hanging underneath the car in front, I proceeded with my journey and eventually that part came off, I took and put it in the car. I immediately called them and I was advised to bring the car in. I was received by a person who identified themselves as Lucky, I explained my issue and after he inspected the car, he advised that the part which came off was a fender liner and it was worn out. My question is, they had my car twice in that week why did they not see that the fender liner was that “worn out” according to Lucky and needed to be replaced. I then called Luyanda on Monday who passionately said to me the mechanics must provide her with the answers, after an hour she came back referring me back to the conversation I had with Lucky.

3 points from this: They jacked my car twice and failed to identify an obvious thing like that, what else have they missed.

Luyanda as a manager failed to tell me the way forward as to what action will be taken against the people who worked on my car as we cannot have this happening to someone else going forward, as according to her the same people worked on the car both times. Which means there is no accountability in that place. How do I trust that they really care about their customers because as a woman driver who doesn’t know anything about the car I am dependent on them to tell me about things that are not visible to my eyes.
