DAMEGED CAR

on the 09/10/2019 i bought a toyota ettios cross from soweto toyota , everything was great, until i found out that i can't open the boot from inside, and the back seat was loose, the passenger window has an electrical problem and the car just locks its self . i contacted the sales man David Nkosi and he said i must bring the car , but now its going to be fixed. so i was sold a damaged car that needs to be fixed. i told them im returning the car as i don't need a car that will be giving me problems in the next three months , i was supposed to have handed in the car on saturday 02/11/2019 and i was told that the manager is not in and i should come on monday (today)2019/11/04. i got to Soweto Toyota and David took his own time and was sitting in his car and one of his colleague went to call him and he still took his time and he attended another customer that came after me. i gave up and i left the keys at his desk and told his colleague that he will have to deal with the bank. then my husband said we must return back to the dealer and when we now both went in , his colleague called him again for the 4th time and he came in , i spoke to him about the problem with the car that he knows already and he said he will have to talk to his manager first.b and he promised me that the manager will be coming in at 10h00am and i requested him to call me at 10h30am , the manager never called and i called and i was told that he is not in as yet and that was 11H00am, i then phoned again at 12h00am and David Nkosi told me he will ask him to call me which he still din't do. when i phoned the dealer at 12h30 the reception told me that the manager has left. wow . still no call and no cancellation contract. i told David Nkosi that i don't want the car anymore.
