Bad post-sale customer service

Bought an etios from them, 3 months later the car was having power failures, switching on & off. Toyota Umhlanga told me the battery was leaking acid & I had to change it. I changed and asked Toyota soweto for refund, I sent them the receipt & they have been sending me from pillar-to-post with my refund. First I was told the salesman who sold the car had resigned, then I spoke to the sales manager, then a week later he had resigned then to the receptionist who would get the manager to call me but that never had happened. We have been to this dealership many times but they seem to be changing staff each week, I am still waiting to be called or refunded, 2 months later
