Very disappointing online shopping experience

My sons recently started liking the Societ brand, so I decided to give it a try and place an order online. Unfortunately, my first experience has been extremely disappointing.

My order was delayed with no progress or communication, and it was only after I followed up myself that I was informed the items were actually out of stock. This is incredibly frustrating and raises serious concerns about the reliability of their online store.

If you are going to offer an online shopping service, you need to be serious about managing it effectively. Don’t offer something you aren’t prepared to manage properly. Customers shouldn’t have to chase up their orders just to discover that the products they purchased aren’t actually available.

Very disappointing first experience with the brand.
