Inaccurate measurements and additional costs after the fact

Terrible install process - extremely poor communication and late arrival of team. Upon installation, the team advised that they had incorrectly measured, resulting in an additional section of pipe being required, at significant additional cost. No confirmation as to why the shorter pipe was then not removed from the final invoice. Stay away!
