Inaccurate measurements and additional costs after the fact
Terrible install process - extremely poor communication and late arrival of team. Upon installation, the team advised that they had incorrectly measured, resulting in an additional section of pipe being required, at significant additional cost. No confirmation as to why the shorter pipe was then not removed from the final invoice. Stay away!

Horrid customer service
Terrible experience with this business. Terrible customer service. Waited in for over a week to have the fireplace installed, every day was one excuse after another. Very happy to take your money (hefty up front deposit) then never showed up day after day after day to install. AVOID
