Worse than useless

To call this department useless would be a gross understatement. They are quite literally the worst department on earth. We submitted a Foreign Qualification Evaluation 21 December 2021. At the same time we also paid the hefty fees applicable. In Mid Feb we finally got a notification that the application had been "received" (almost 2months after submitting it). Their online system then said the Estimated Date of completion is 11 March. During the past 4 months we have sent them numerous emails without any response at all. This is even after getting read receipts back. They also don't answer their phone ever. It is a pity that people have to rely on such a terribly run department.
