Bad service
I am so ****ed by these people I have been waiting passed the waiting time for a verification with no communication whatsoever. My anxiety levels is sky high because of them. Really this is really bad service.

Waiting from April for my Foreign evaluation
I have been waiting since April for my qualification to be evaluated/verified and transferred into a South African NQF. They are really quick to send the payment details. over R2000 and then to pay the UK R1600 for a copy of the certificate SAQA requires. I cannot deal with the incompetence from SAQA.. All they keep sending after I call, is a non compliance ***. I have uploaded everything document I have several times.

More than one year waiting for Foreign Evaluation !
Extremally poor turnaround time and service. I am still waiting for my Foreign evaluation letter and its been 17 months now. All i get is excuses. Application reference no. *** I even escalated the issue to Kim Snyders but no joy yet.

Lack of service and feedback - after paid for service
I am moving abroad to teach, and need to have my qualification verified by SAQA. I have followed the process, paid, received receipt of acknowledgement for payment and notice of 25 days processing time. Paid for this 26/5/2026. As of 26/06/2026 - a month later found out this week after I had to phone that payment was received, never allocated. I have phoned thee times this week, just to hear ‘we will escalate the matter’ and just to hear that finalisation will still take 14 work days!? I have requested to be assisted urgently, and that my application can’t take 14 working days now to process since that window period was from date of payment received which was a month ago. I have yet to receive feedback, - no email, no phone call. I am in a dire situation since I need to almost leave and still have to tend to the rest of my administrative process in order to get to the point where I can proceed. My financial planning and time is going to waste. I need feedback, and can’t be expected to phone everyday.

SAQA, I still have hope, frustraction is too much; I need my case to be resolved
SAQA, I'm begging them to not destroy my academic and professional plans. I still have hope. It is being more than 7 months that I've app**** and I don't know where the application stand. They generically answer to people. Please, do not destroy my career

SAQA takes over a year to evaluate my foreign qualification still waiting for it
I've registered for my foreign qualification to be evaluated, and I've been waiting for over a year for this document this is honestly unacceptable I've emailed them multiple times and nothing was done i need this document urgently.
