Verification letter

Been trying to reach SAQA since the last 2 weeks if not more than that. Their phones are never picked, they don't respond to emails, I just sent an email once again to volunteer if they need extra hands but still SAQA is not responding. Can someone from management look into this because this is not fair at all.
