Verication letter - "20 days" turnaround, still waiting 6months plus

Requested a verification letter beginning of Dec 2020. Followed the steps and paid for the verification. 6 months later still no letter and complaints fall on deaf ears. Another USELESS organization that cannot provide the service you pay for. Refuses to refund and now ignores emails.
