<p>Month ago I wrote to Hellopeter about the refund that South aafrican Qualifications Authority is still holding after 10weeks. When I resubmitted my documents to them they reject it because I wrote my name and surname in the reference box they say I should have wrote my submission number,what I really do not understand is that my name is there for auditing purposes they can write my submission number on top of the proof of payment as they are going to keep it,they are really frustrating me because I'm in need of that certificate. They are being unfair now towards me and it feels like they are holding a grudge because I lodged a conmplant about the refund. Please help me.</p>
