TERRIBLE SERVICE. Needs to be investigated

Terrible service, I think they only accept bribes and work with agents. I sent my application form in November AND again in December. No replies or updates on my application. It is currently January, only after calling Given (a name and number I was given on Facebook by someone else who needs their documents verified) I paid a quote of R610. I have still not heard from SAQA.
