SAQA VERIFICATION

My qualifications were sent through to Saqa via the department of education for verification. It's was sent in September last year till this day I have not received my verification. When you call them they don't give you any information because I am not the payer the dept of education is... But it's my qualification that I'm querying. It most certainly does not take 1year or more to verify a qualification.
