SAQA Refund still pending
<p>I have had many unpleasant treatments by the South African Qualifications Authority, SAQA. The problem is that, I made a submission of my credentials to be evaluated, and in that process, I ended up paying times 3 of what I was supposed to. I Made a formal request from SAQA, scanned and sent them the realevant proof of payment, and I even went there in person to lay my complain. I was told to expect the refund within 30 workings days beginning from March 31, 2016. I have since been waiting for the 30 working days till This day, July 26. I am reasy to send the necessary and realevant papers to back my claim. please help me.</p>

According to our Finance Department a refund of R 2348.00 was deposited to Emaphethelweni account (applicant's account details as provided in the application material).
This payment transaction was made on the 27 May 2016, you are therefor advised to check your bank statement of May 2016.
Please refer to an email we have sent you on 02 Aug 2016, attached is a proof of payment from SAQA into the referenced account.

Thanks. I'll get the accounts properly checked and get back. I'm so saying so because the the person in charge of the aforesaid account said he did not get any notification of a transaction. But like I said, we shall cross check.
