SAQA Refund For Failure to Acknowledge a Foreign Matric Certificate

SAQA Refusing to Refunds for Foreign Matric Certificate Verification that they didn't do.

We paid and app**** for a Matric Certificate verification on the 21 August 2022 and to date we didnt eceive any acknowledgement nor response.

In mid November when we request a refund ( since we don't need the verification anymore) we are instead met with an arrogant response instead of getting a refund.

It's sad to observe how arrogant folk become after being employed and settling into jobs in both the private and public sector.

Was is supposed to be simple and courteous professional transactions get mared with all of sorts of nonsensical and unwarranted arrogance.
