SAQA IS A ****

I app**** for evaluation of foreign applications for my degree I got in Germany. They sent it back saying it was not certified ( even though it was and I had to pay 20 euros to certify it at a notary). they then decided to send back my stuff via courier ( I do not want my copies of my documents back but yet now they are charging me R274 in COURIER FEES for what? documents i already have here and do not want? ) but that is not even the problem. It has been almost a month and I have not received a refund at all. and this is after emailing them multiple times and calling them just to hear that I have to email them and then they do not reply. this is completely unacceptable. SAQA IS A **** THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY AND THEN THEY REFUND YOU BY DEDUCTING ALMOST HALF OF IT FOR NO REASON AND THAT IS IF YOU ARE LUCKY ENOUGH TO GET A REFUND
