SAQA is a joke

Dealing with SAQA has got to be one of most ridiculous experiences EVER, so I’m not surprised to see the number of one star ratings. They said the entire process should be completed in about twenty days but I had to keep following up with them as if babysitting a toddler( it’s still not done BTW) I don’t know what is going on there but improvements are needed ASAP.
