SAQA INCOMPETENCE

I submitted my documents so as my degree to be verified in November 2022.l needed my degree to be verified for overseas use.Now I'm stuck in a foreign country waiting for SAQA to respond but it's the worst .They either give me one same response or they don't respond at all.They wrote turn around period is 25 days but for me it's been more than 100days.lm devastated and keep on losing jobs because l can't get a work permit. Now they don't respond to my emails at all.
