SAQA has no one working in that department!

I have been trying to get hold of someone from SAQA for the past few weeks via email (I have tried 3 different emails), whatsapp line that is given on their site, sending a message directly from their site and tried phoning them and I cannot get hold of anyone. I want to have my son's foreign qualification evaulated but need to ask a question about the payment. My fear is that if they cannot get back to you with a query how is it when you pay R2 100 to have your qualification evaluated? Do they even evaluate it or do you just lose your money? I have never come against such a huge frustration before. Can anyone out there give me some advice?
