<p>SAQA now has a beautiful payment system which replaces the onld bank deposit. I made a bank deposit into their account on 15/03/2016 and upon submitting my papers i was told they now use a different system and i should pay again they would refund me the bank deposit that i made. 9 month later i still havent received my refund a proccess which i was told at most takes 3 months. I have made several followup calls and send emails and the response has been the same the payment is still being processed. This is **************** by SAQA</p>

Now i need timeline as to when this will be processed. When I initially submitted the refund request the same day that i made the payment (15th of March 2016), I was told it would take 4 weeks (1 month). Now 9 months later nothing has been done. I am sure you understand why i am greatly annoyed. Please give me timelines as to when payment will be effected this time

I have received part of my refund yesterday r1050 instead of the full amount of r1470. I haven't received any explanation why the refund has been paid in part
