Refund claim

Hi i am langelihle khumalo .i made an application at SAQA for my documents to be evaluated , i paid the application fee but due to the problem problems i encountered on the website i was unable to finalise or even submit my application .I then sent emails asking for a refund but none of them were rep**** to ..Earlier this year i decided to go to their offices in Pretoria ,i filled forms and i was told that the money will be refunded within 6 weeks ...till today no money has reflected in my account
