Qualification Verification Letter Reprint

I submitted my documents weeks ago, I haven't got a response. Yet on their website they state that it takes 20 working days to verify qualifications. My qualification was verified last year. Due to floods in KZN in April I lost that document. So I just needed a reprint. However I haven't got it.
