Poor Services!!!

I have been asking for help from two weeks back using their whatsapp number,Telephone number & their email address asking for my evaluation verdit but I've not yet been assisted,all my texts are going through with No reply & all my calls are placed on hold...I'm very worried because I have to apply and the closing date for applications is very soon,I need help!!!
