Pay back my money, please.

I sent a courier to their offices, he was given wrong information and quoted a fee of R1900 which I paid. turns out, that quotation was incorrect, I still had to pay the correct amount. now the joke is they're not showing any interest in returning my money. I have sent countless emails but haven't received a single reply.
