Pathetic service of SAQA

As a qualifications authority business, SAQA is pathetic beyond words. It takes your money but does not deliver. I app**** in January 2022 to have my daughter's grade 9 certificate verified, paid the fees of more than R2000 and heard nothing from them to date. Three weeks ago, I demanded a refund and have still heard nothing - really pathetic service, which is nothing short of a joke! I'm left with no choice but to sue SAQA for my refund.
