Only took my money

On the 7th of Feb i paid SAQA R 733 for the evaluation of my foreign qualification the following monday i posted them the original documents i received a sms stating the documents was sent back to me as i did not supply them with a secondary postal address but my fee of R 733 was taken they only took my money without doing anything
