No response from SAQA house

I visited Saqa House on 8 May to do a verification of my South African qualifications. I was given a slip of paper with an email address and was told to send an email with my name, surname and id number and within 7 working days i will receive all qulaifications listed under my name with the NQF qualifications. I made several calls and sent many emails and its been more than 14 working days later and i still have not received anything from SAQA house.

This is unprofessional and unacceptable.
