Frustrated

I am so disappointed in the service i am receiving from SAQA, I sent my requests and followed the process as stipulated on the website , filled in the form and sent it to the mail address provided on the 30th of April , after following up multiple times i only received a response with my quotation on the 17th of May a crazy 17 days later , after which i found the reference number provided in my quotation was too long to insert when making payment and to avoid further delayes i queried this with them which they only responded again on the 30th of May, I then made payment and sent proof of payment on the 1st of June , it is now the 5th of july over a month later and still have not received my verification letter regardless of the turn around time communicated which is supposed to be 20 days . Even with adding the CEO mail i found online i find myself having to send multiple emails just to get a response .
