Evaluation of Foreign Qualifications Delay

I submitted my application (*** and submission No.*** ) for evaluation of foreign qualifications on 02 November 2015. The estimated completion date was 23 November 2015. Two months later I check online and the status is still the same! SAQA has on many occasions processed these type of applications for qualifications obtained in Algeria as many Zimbabwean students study there - and I am one of them. My assumption would be that there are established contacts at the various universities to verify the authenticity of the qualifications but to this day I am not sure what the problem is. I have written on SAQA's own internal feedback email system and there has been no response at all even to acknowledge receipt. I am convinced that the feedback system is not attended just like the call centre number. This is very shoddy service that I did not expect from SAQA based on their history. Please assist as I intend to enrol for university ASAP!!
