DISGUSTING

I app**** on 18/2 and got an SMS on 26/2/15 saying it will be done by 10/3/15 and posted the next working day (I paid R960 for this fast track service). I checked on the site on 11/3 and there was nothing, on 12/3 I called in and Albin said it was suspended due to no contact from the Uni, he forwarded me the correspondence and explained the suspension. I immediately rep**** asking why the university was only contacted on the due date of the application (10/3), sent to the wrong campus and an email address that does not exist on the Uni website. I got no response. 17/3 I sent a Facebook message asking for an explanation as to what is going on. 18/3 I called in again and got through to Misela who said she would use a new email address to contact the Uni, I explained what had happened and she was quite shocked, we agreed to put it in the email and that she would forward it on to a supervisor. I heard nothing back after that. Called in today and of course all supervisors are busy. Called back and got hung up on after 38 minutes on hold!!!! I WANT A FULL REFUND, your company has done nothing, I made all the contact between yourselves and the University.

Hello Charliec125,

SAQA received a response from the institution and re-activated the application on 19-03-2015. The application reached completion on 27-03-2015, this was communicated to Ms Russell on the same day, as provided in the application. The results were sent via Aramex courier services, this was further communicated to Ms Russel including the waybill number for tracking purposes.

After receiving various complaints from Ms Russell, SAQA corresponded with Ms Russell on 28-04-2015 and 21-05-2015 via email. The matter was thus referred to the Director of Foreign Qualifications Evaluation and Advisory Services as indicated to Ms Russell on 22-05-2015.

The Director decided to charge Ms Russell for the twenty working days evaluation which costs R580. The difference of R380 (R960 less R580) will be refunded. Ms Russel was sent another email correspondence requesting that she provide banking details for processing of the refund on 26-05-2015.

The banking details can be sent to ***. We trust this addresses the matter and brings it to finalisation.

Once again please accept our apology for the inconvenience caused.
