Disgusted Customer

I sent an email to Saqa so i can verify my completion letter of my qualification and they sent an email back saying they cant verify it because im owing the institution. I tried to contact today spoke to phumzile and she doesnt know what she is doing.

She wanted to transfer me to the relevant team but she kept on sending me to the customer satisfaction survey..

The service is very disgusting and i need this sorted out Asap. I hope the investors can see this because wow
