Can SAQA please wake up and get things done urgently

SAQA is failing us. Why am I not getting any response from SAQA. I sent an email and received nothing in return almost 3 weeks. I need a verification letter urgently to get to DIRCO, so I can have my VISA processed for a job but SAQA is just not interested in our needs. Can someone please respond from SAQA.
