Bad Service / Correspondence

On 18 April 2023 I app**** for the verification of my foreign qualification. I received a job opportunity in Teaching English overseas. Everything was in place except for the verification letter for my degree. I contacted the university in America and they informed me that they had already sent the required information to SAQA. I Then emailed SAQA and forwarded the university's response. Each time i enquire SAQA responds by saying that they are still seeking verification. It is the 12th of January 2024 and i have not received my certificate from SAQA. In the meantime my job position was filled and i lost the job opportunity as my documentation was incomplete due to not having my qualification verified.
