Bad service And no follow up.

A week has passed again and still no follow up on my documents. I'm getting frustrated now about this foreign evaluation certificate. The only thing they asked was my submission number then they went quite again. I can't get employed nor apply at colleges because of this companys incompetence. These people don't understand that we pay you to do your job but still nothing. Again i paid R2000 for evaluation its October now and i did payment in september. If you can't help me refund me my money!
