Bad service.

I uploaded my documents at their website as i wanted for foreign evaluation for my matric certificate and they said they can't review nor access my documents and ive paid R2000 for evaluation but still no response. I called at their helpline but still no help they told me to email my documents as i did. That was a week ago. And i did not hear from them telling me that they are working on my documents. They are so unprofessional.
