Awful service

I submitted and paid for my evaluation on 2015-08-27, after hearing nothing at all I decided to call them after the estimated completion date which was 2015-09-28, I was then told that I had to send everything to City and Guilds to get evaluated, this resulted in me paying even more, having spent R2000+ on this evaluation now, I was expecting some results, I forwarded City and Guilds response to SAQA only to be told that it had to come from city and guilds themselves, I have now missed a cut off date myself due to their incompetence, I was also called my saqa today the guy on the phone just said that they had my certificate but were refusing to release it until City and Guilds emailed them personally, and they just hung up on me, I'm infuriated, this service is appalling.
