Years and months of waiting

I have app**** for my police clearance 5 months ago at Mayville SAPS Durban .i received an SMS that it was finalized up until today I am still waiting ,went to the police station where I received a horrible service with no greeting and I was asked to look in the file for my clearance where it was not there I then was told that SAPS was not paying the courier company and that is why there is so much of delay . I mean I am fed up of waiting I need my clearance ASAP.
