Worst service ever

The Elsburg SAPS in Germiston is the worst especially the police clearance department. Went there on Monday till today I still don’t have my proof of payment receipt. Every time I go there I’m told the person who issues receipts is not at work, out for the day or closed. When I went for the second time on Wednesday I was asked to leave my email address they will send it the next day still nothing. When you call there cell phone number they ignore the calls. I’m truly disappointed and disgusted by that place. I was never gonna go there ever again but I need my receipt 😭😭
