Worst Service ever

This is the first time that I'm trying your page.please let me know if you could help.I have a problem with SAPS Kraaifontein,Cape Town. My mother has an restraining order against my brother, and so far none of the officers attend to any of her calls.For instance,my brother broke into my mothers house the day before Christmas,and my mother was told that fingerprint techs and detectives where being sent to her. Until now no one has arrived. Tonight my mother came home,and once again my mother had to see that she has been ****** of her food and house hold things. The police don't go out to see the damages and to help my mother, he even threatens her life and that does not even worry them. How can this be justice?Since my brother was 13,he has been in and out of jail.he is now 25.he has been locked up for drug abuse,house breaking, attacking and abusing my mother.she had just reinstated the restraining order,which by the way was only now been made permanent against him. Every other day,they would lock up my brother, but let him out a few hours later. Without having to pay bail How can they let him go with so many cases against him? Knowing his history.
