WOMEN WHI ARE KILLED BY MAN SAPS IS ACCOUNTABLE

Women die GBV due to perpetrators knowing cops will not do anything I was almost ******ed by now ex boyfriend in Heidelburg police came to my rescue I opened the case left at 3:54 in the police station I went to do protection order the next day but when I was done I decided to ask police station why no case no I was told it will be sent via sms and I was rushing to see dr at 3Pm til saturday no case no I spoke to station commander he said I must come to police station I couldn’t because I was running for my life hence the perpetrator Mthokozisi Dlamini from Mpophomeni in KZN if I call police he will kill me and my kids and siblings when this guy was strangling me closing my mouth and nose he said he will kill me and no one will know what happened to me or my corpse The question is how many has he killed and SAPS have failed like are failing me now. For now I can say I escaped but this guy told me he has been tracking all my movements he knows everything concerning my id no my policies and debts he has connections all over He told me he will give cops money and they will not arrest him and it’s cops of Heidelberg who dropped him by the guest house
