Women are dying and no action is taken

So my boyfriend started assaulting me and i called the Diepkloof police station and my first call was at 05:30 in the morning and i called again to make a follow up spoke to Sergent Ngcobo who told me a case cant be opened over the phone the police can only come to resolve my issues so i agreed to that bcs it was raining and couldnt go to the service station and its half past 7 as i write this complaint and still no one has showed up
