Without Case no 7 days after opening ***** case

I was de*****ed when money was transferred from my account to another Capitec Bank clients using my Sim card that has been swapped unknowingly when it was in my phone. I went to Sunnyside Police Station the following day to open a case of ***** 16/10/02015. Even now I don't have case number because they say they don't know what the scene of crime is. They even have a nerve to call me and ask me about it. I am not police man, they must open ***** case for me and give me case number so that I can obtain details of the culprit who de*****ed me, I mean, what king of **** service is this? I am really ****ed of with sunnyside police who think that they are above the law and could just to as they please.I had a case number where people stole good from my place. I manage to catch one and take him to the police station. The guy was released without me knowing about it, They than say the court release him. I open up a case and was not even called to testify against the suspect, although I have strong evidence of footage of his friends who stole from me. Now this again. I am really fed up about this police station. I really want to take this two matters further. I'm ****ed off.
